Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with FBR E-Invoicing. Please read this policy carefully to understand our cancellation and refund procedures.

1. Subscription Cancellation

1.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@fbreinvoicing.com or through your account settings in the dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

1.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will retain access to all features until your plan expires
  • After expiration, your account will revert to a read-only state
  • Your invoice data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation
  • You may request a data export within 30 days of cancellation

1.3 Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by choosing a new plan and completing payment. Your previously stored data will be available if within the 90-day retention period.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Refund

  • • Request made within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
  • • Technical issues preventing use of the Service that we cannot resolve within 48 hours
  • • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • • Service downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours (pro-rata refund)

❌ Not Eligible for Refund

  • • Requests made after 7 days of purchase (for initial subscriptions)
  • • Renewal charges (you must cancel before the renewal date)
  • • Dissatisfaction due to FBR system changes outside our control
  • • Account suspension due to violation of Terms of Service
  • • Partial month usage after cancellation

2.2 Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: Available within 7 days of initial purchase if no invoices have been submitted to FBR
  • Pro-rata Refund: For annual plans cancelled within 30 days, a pro-rata refund for unused months may be issued
  • No Partial Refunds: Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for partial-month refunds

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to support@fbreinvoicing.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  2. Include your registered email address and business name
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request
  4. Include your payment receipt or transaction ID

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with our decision. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Returns

As FBR E-Invoicing is a digital Software-as-a-Service product, there are no physical goods to return. “Returns” in the context of our service refer to subscription cancellation, which is covered in Section 1 above.

5. Plan Changes

5.1 Upgrading

You may upgrade your plan at any time. The price difference will be prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

5.2 Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the difference between plans during the current cycle. Ensure your usage is within the limits of the lower plan before downgrading.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate by writing to support@fbreinvoicing.com with “Refund Escalation” in the subject line. We commit to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
